Thanks, you have successfully validated your email and your personal PIN has been emailed to you with a copy of the following instructions.
You must carefully read the instructions below to complete your Loop registration.
Log back into the Loop app to complete your account verification.
2. Complete Profile
Simply enter your name, mobile number, and confirm you have a full NZ driver’s licence. You don’t need to enter your driver licence or address info as this will be collected during step 4.
3. Credit Card Setup
You will then need to set up your payment method by clicking the “Payments” tab. Please be aware that you will be charged $20 during the set up. But don’t worry, this will be credited back to your account for you to use on Loop journeys.
4. Licence Check
Once your credit card payment has been validated by the Loop admin team (during business hours), you will be sent a text message from Aply containing a link to validate your personal information and drivers licence.
5. Email Confirmation
The Loop admin team will then check your drivers licence (during business hours) to ensure that you are eligible to join Loop. When all the above steps are complete you will receive a “Validation Complete” email telling you that you are now ready to start using Loop. You can not book a journey until you receive this email.
